Accept the quotation

Review the charges — including the delivery plan set out in your quotation — then sign the LOA and reply to the email to accept.

Return your documents

The signed LOA
A photo of your ID

Sign the shipping-line LOA (Delivery Order authority)

Sign the shipping line's Delivery Order / EIDO authority with Line-1 Logistics Pty Ltd — you can do this online at sea.line-1.com/forms/shipping-do/.

Pay the brokerage invoice

Settle payment once you receive our brokerage invoice.

Confirm the Delivery Order is passed on

Check that the Delivery Order has been passed to the fleet company or to Line-1.

✅ Delivered — as per your quotation

Pass-through charges
Government charges (ABF Import Declaration $50 / $152, DAFF $71), GST (10% of CIF value), and terminal / depot fees are passed on to the importer at cost.
